Nowhere.

We use it as a word-play.

The standard Oxford definition is adverb: not in or to any place.

We are neither fully town nor fully country.  We are 10 miles from the Gulf Coast, and enjoy trips to sit and watch the waves, but the hills and the rich soil (rather than sand) might tell you we are much further inland.  There are run-down trailers with questionable traffic west of us and half-million-dollar homes east of us.  We have retirees and young families and everything in between nearby.  It would help if we were bilingual.

Several years ago we read about living in the now and the here.  We decided that it is much better to live in the now and the here than trying to live in the then and the what-if.  Living now and here means gratitude, contentment, grace, forgiveness, peace, and eventually joy.   Where we are is a remarkably lovely place.  Everyone has experienced hard stuff, but what we have ~ these God-given gifts of a beautiful location for our home, our marriage, this homestead life, this beach life ~ that’s more than a little wonderful!

Finally, to give you a glimpse into our quirky/nerdy side, there might just be a reflection of our enjoyment of the MCU.  'Nuff said 😉

Nowhere/NowHere/Knowhere.  Our place!
