Weekending
Since January, we have been able to be a part of our local Farmer's Market every weekend on Saturdays. We enjoy this and appreciate the opportunity. We not only get to sell our farm goods (including quail eggs and now quail meat), but also any craft goods I have been able to complete through the week. Yet a weekly farmer's market does keep us busy through the end of the week and the weekend in prep, market, and the afterwards. Friday is spent baking English Muffins, loading up, making lists (and checking them thrice!), and general prep work. Saturday is spent at the market from around 7:45 am until after 2, followed by several hours work after that. So by the time Sunday arrives, we are quite ready for a rest after church! This week we decided to go down to the beach after our PLNs (post-liturgical naps). We have started going to Johnson Beach in Florida.
